The big day is quickly approaching.  We need all committee members to join us in person for our next meeting at the Jax Mediation Center on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 6:00 pm.  We will be taking headshots.

We have hired a photographer to take head shots of our JR Committee Members and our JWLA Board Members on March 19th (from 5:00 pm-7:45 pm) and on March 20^th (from 5:45-7:45 pm).  These headshots will be used in the brochure and powerpoint for the Judicial Reception.  It is mandatory that all Committee and Board Members schedule a time on either March 19^th or March 20^th for their headshots. 

 As a convenience to you, these dates and times correspond with a JR Planning Committee Meeting that will take place on 3/19 and a JWLA Board Meeting that will take place on 3/20. Both meetings will be held in person at the Jax Mediation Center, 2700-University Blvd. West, Suite A-1, Jacksonville, FL 32217.  The photographer will be present at the Jax Mediation Center for the headshots.

 You can pick the date and time that works best for your schedule.  Your headshot should not take more than 5-10 minutes.  I need you to sign up asap for a date and time that you want to take your head shot.  Simply use the following link to sign up for your headshot.
