We will be learning how to play pickle ball in a clinic lead by Karin Ptaszek-Kochis. Take a look at her bio provided below! She is very accomplished, and we are so lucky to have her teaching us this fun new skill. The clinic will be at San Jose Country Club from 10-12 on Sunday, March 5. There is a limit to how many people can attend, so please be sure you can make it if you sign up. This event is free for members!

About Karin:

My name is Karin Ptaszek-Kochis and I am loving my NEW life in Florida!  I currently work part-time at San Jose CC and part-time for MK Consulting teaching young tennis players how to become college tennis prospects.  I am a former professional tennis player who reached a career high of Top 300, former college player with multiple national championships and I am a forever grateful for the chance I had to play Chris Evert Lloyd when on Tour.  I have also played high level Platform Tennis, an outdoor winter racquet sport played mostly in the Northeast.  My partner and I made it into Top 10 in the nation.  And here I am now relatively new to pickleball but reaching new heights weekly.  I have won 5 medals and currently on a 29 Winning Match Streak.  Come March I am going to test myself on the Senior Pro Pickleball Tour.  Having said all that, I truly enjoy teaching pickleball to anybody eager to learn and listen as this sport is for EVERYONE!
