This month, we will grow our self-esteem by working to battle imposter syndrome. The panelists  are Sally Ann Brown, Legal Counsel at Mayo Clinic and Division Chair for the Florida Division of the Mayo Clinic Legal Department; Charmaine Chiu, a Shareholder and Board Member at Smith Hulsey & Busey, Professional Association; and Lori Boyer, Chief Executive Officer of the Downtown Investment Authority.  The panel will be moderated by Kelli Lueckert, an Assistant County Attorney in Clay County and JWLA's Immediate Past President.

Imposter syndrome is the internal psychological experience of feeling like a phony in some area of your life, despite any success that you have achieved in that area. You might suffer from imposter syndrome if you find yourself consistently experiencing self-doubt, even in areas you typically excel. High-achieving women often suffer from imposter syndrome at higher rates than male counterparts, although imposter syndrome does not discriminate. We are joined by some very high-achieving women in the Jacksonville area to discuss their experiences with Imposter Syndrome and how they have worked to beat it throughout their careers.
