This year, JWLA is continuing its efforts of community outreach and giving back to the local community.  For each luncheon, we will spotlight a local charity or other nonprofit organization and will conduct a donation drive, to be collected at that month’s luncheon.  This luncheon will spotlight our "Souper Bowl" Trinity Rescue Mission!  Here is their amazon Wishlist: https://smile.amazon.com/hz/charitylist/ls/15WTGUYV3RVFQ.  You can also bring items from the Wishlist or below to the luncheon:

  1. Non-perishable (Number 10 cans of vegetables, fruits, chili, beans and other items are preferred, but any sized cans of soup, stew, chili, fruits or vegetables will be gladly accepted.  We also frequently use salad dressing, peanut butter, jelly, rice, beans, pasta, sauces, instant potatoes and gravy mixes)
  2. Meats and Dairy (Hamburger, roasts, all cuts of beef, pork, chicken and fish, eggs, milk, cheese, butter/margarine and lunch meats)
  3. Breakfast Ingredients (Oats, grits, white gravy mix, pancake mix, syrup, cold and hot cereals, breakfast meats, juice and coffee)
  4. Produce (All fresh produce is gladly accepted as long as we have adequate space.  Please contact our Operations Director at the contact information provided below to confirm that we have space available)
  5. Drinks (Bottled water, especially in the summer, drink mixes (Gatorade, Powerade, Kool-Aid, lemon-ade, etc.), juices, tea and coffee)
