Please join us for a special Tables 4 Eight with attorney Mary Margaret Giannini and Lady Anna Poole, Senator of the College of Justice in Scotland, for dinner and discussion. A graduate of Oxford University, Lady Poole began her career as a solicitor in London and then in Edinburgh. She developed a busy practice in the administrative law field; being standing counsel to the Scottish Government. She became Queens Counsel in 2012 and appeared in many high-profile challenges to governmental acts. In 2014, Lady Poole became a Tribunal judge in the Social Entitlement Chamber, and in 2018 became an Upper Tribunal judge in the Administrative Appeals Chamber. We are honored to have Lady Poole in Jacksonville and to share perspectives on the personal and professional challenges women balance while building successful legal careers. Space is limited.
