State of the Florida Bar

Roland Sanchez-Medina Jr. is a partner who focuses his practice in the areas of corporate law (including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring/restructuring, domestic and international commercial transactions), and real estate law (including the  acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, and joint ventures involving retail, office, industrial, and raw land), tax and other transactional services. Prior to forming the Firm, Mr. Sanchez-Medina was a partner at the national  law  firm  of  McDermott,  Will  &  Emery,  where  he  was  a member of the Corporate Department, and was a senior associate at the national law firm of Holland & Knight.

We will learn about the priorities and member benefits of the Florida Bar and receive valuable insight into the ever-changing role of lawyers in protecting the public.

This year, JWLA is continuing its efforts of community outreach and giving back to the local community.  For each luncheon, we will spotlight a local charity or other nonprofit organization and will conduct a donation drive, to be collected at that month’s luncheon. Details regarding this month's spotlight will be provided prior to the luncheon.
